We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

Return conditions

For a return to be approved, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unused or with minimal signs of use, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

How to start the return process?

  2. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your shipment.
  3. Please do not send items back without prior approval. Such shipments will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products, and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replace

The fastest way to receive the desired product is to return the current item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

If the product is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to give an explanation. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also have a document proving the purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the amount in your account.
