Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders quickly. To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be made, but you can return the order for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday, and the process takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped the next day after processing is complete.
Note : We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

When will I receive a refund?
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product or cancellation request. Please note that the time it takes for the amount to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
